correct me if i am wrong, but if it is a 1994 model, isn't it made in 1993? just like my truck was made in july of 1999 but it's a 2000 model. I was refering to the actual year she was born.

That doesnt add up. You said the first owner put 120,000 on it, then the 2nd owner put 9,000 on it, and you put 9,000 on it, that adds up to 138,000. P.S. Dont use "xxx" when you type in a thousand number, makes it annoying to read.
2001 quad cab 4x4 45500, 318. 3rd owner, had 38000 on when I bought it in july. My last one 97 quad 4x4 had 138000, 360, original tranny. These trucks are great.
