@HeyYou I'm assuming ground negative lead to battery ground?

I just checked and I only have 12 volt at one of four pins.

Verify the wires are good. If they are, bad PCM. Pay attention to the connectors as well, sometimes they expand a bit, and don't make good contact.

Do you know what pins on the pcm connector the four wires are? Its been over six months since i messed with it last. And you want no resistance through the wire when ohmed, correct?

Very little to no resistance. You can download the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. There will also be a connector pinout section as well. Need to test all four wires.
