Engine seems to be misfiring
there is a plate mounted to the bottom of the manifold that has a gasket. there a few flaws with this that aloow oil to get into the manifold. (aka blown plenum)
The hughes plate is a reienforcment that makes it so you wont have to worry about the plenum blowing out again.
The mod for the kegger has to do with the wall that is made in the middle of the kegger. We cut it out to allow more airflow, and cut the entrance ports at more of an angle, to allow more airflow (aka Kegger mod) and ive noticed that this makes a Hell of a difference, runs way better and smoother, and ive gooten better MPG's
hope that helps

Not trying to bust your *****, doesn't matter if I was because I'm just an average member, just like you.
You asked for links and how tos, searching is the best way to find them, and theres plenty of them.
All the topics you asked about have been gone over extensively, so in my view the time to ask questions is when you have already looked around, and searching didn't answer your question[s].
But to just ask 'whats a hughes plate" indicates you haven't tried looking for it - Figure it this way, if everyone asked "whats a plenum", the people who know are going to get sick of repeating what they say every other day and just say "use the search", and then when people search "plenum", they are going to be bombed by useless threads of people asking "whats a plenum".
