I just had an idea pop into my head after looking at the corroded terminals on Purpl and the nice, clean ones on the S-10. The S-10 has those GM side terminals that come off with a 5/16'' wrench. Since they never corrode, I was thinking of dutching the old top terminals for these. I kinda need a new battery anyway, so I could get the biggest one to fit in the tray with GM terminals. What do you guys think about this?
If you going to get new battery anyways look for one with both top and side mounts. Gives more options to hook up accessories latter on, if you say want install amps for stereo or a winch you can connect them to the top posts.

Thats a good idea, wish I thought of that a few months ago.

Just get a distribution block, then you can run everything however you would like off of a single post. Much cleanr IMO.
I would just buy a simple top terminal battery and then pick up some Stinger terminals that look real sharp and clean. Also, they have the option to add on wires if need be with out it looking messy.

That is what I plan to get. The way I have my accesories (fog lights, trailer brake controller, and gauges) I dont like.
mine is messy and it doesn't bother me. i got rid of the oem style in favor of lead with a coating of liquid electric tape on them and felt pads under them. no more corrosion for me.
