that's what the truck looked like last weekend when i did the heater core.

holy crap...

did you replace the carpet since it was gettin soaked daily? yall are lucky to have junk yards around you that actually carry newer models. and what did you do wrong when you took it out the first time? luckily mine does't have a notciable crack. i have one small crack down in the bottom right corner that runs onto the defrost opening, i just would want to minimize any further damage.

the hose clamps and hoses were old and didn't fit tight. So it leaked on the inside. I'm going to wait until august or a little bit later to replace it with vinyl work truck flooring. I hate carpet.

Maybe I am dumb but how could it be the third light? Are ya'll talking about the light mounted on top at the back of the cab? I have the same problem and need help.

basically water leaks through the brake light. the water will somehow find a way to travel down the side and into the floor board.

thats it in a nutshell.

i would do the 90* elbow. i had a pic on here about this process. its real simple and solved the problem. i was freakin happy. i left the carpet up for a week to dry out completely.
