Yup 408 this summer as well. We decided not to do much paint work at the moment, just the new bumper and grille and hold out on everything till summer.

dang, there was a thread on here about a truck on cardomain that had 3rd gen heads and it looked awesome, cant find it tho,...heres an idea for your front

That looks sick! But on that cardomain you linked me to, it says he had 04 fenders as well. I think he kinda combined his originals and the 04 ones to get the lights to fit properly. I think the projectors will look fine. lol I even noticed that I commented on his page before, asking that.

that grille there^ is one that i chopped in paint to get an idea of my grille......yeah, theres no way he has 04 fenders, i say he just cut his stockers, looks that way to me

His truck has a cool idea, but the lights dont look proportional on a 2nd gen. Those 3rd gen lights are about as big as the grille! But I give him kudos for the idea and the time he (probably had a shop) put into it. And, look at the wheel well of the fender. No way in hell that is a 3rd gen fender.

I agree. If he cut up a grille and bumper off an 04 to go with it, it would look a lot better.

I still dont know if it would look good. Park your truck next to a 3rd gen. They are much bigger, so the reason why it wouldnt work.
