Boy am I glad I'm not the only one stumped here. Yes I hear gurgling. It gurgles like crazy. But once again it only gurgles when the plow is on. It NEVER gurgles if the plow is off!

Well you definitely have air in the heater core. Other than park on a grade with the nose up and cap off while running not sure what else to say to get the air out of the system.

well thanks for the help everyone. I just went out and tried to BURP it again with no luck. I guess I give up unless someone else has a great idea that I am overlooking

Just curious but maybe the heater core has junk in it and needs to be flushed causing the coolant not to flow through it properly. The whole plow on/off confuses me greatly, lol

I don't see how it is physically possible to get air trapped in the system. Having had an upper hose blow out I can promise you that there is a pretty strong flow that could easily force air out of any place it is trapped. If you hear gurgling then air has to be coming from somewhere. I had a gurgling issue with mine when my t-stat was stuck open. The line that feeds the heater core comes right off the block next to the water outlet. When the t-stat is open hot liquid flows up and into the top of the radiator. The cool liquid is drawn from the bottom radiator hose along with the liquid returning from the heater core into the block.

It sounds to me that since you are over heating with the plow that you are blocking air. That would then lead me to suspect that since this only happens with the plow that your clutch fan is bad or going bad that with the plow on, you are not getting the same air flow that you get with it off and the fan isn't strong enough to draw air in.

SunGod that makes sense but like I said before I NEVER had this problem with the plow for the first 3 years I had it. I could plow all day and the thing would not over heat. Also I have changed the clutch fan.
