thanks, i think i will keep mine i went over to look at it this morning and i pulled lightly on the top of the front fender flares and i seen alot of rust behind them and then he said ya i put them on so it wouldnt look so bad as im assuming that that the rear of the truck is just as bad?
as far as my truck goes it has no rust at all on anything besides the lower lip of the front doors!
thanks guys!

I'll give you that...but the cummings has a WHOLE lot more torque and power to be had by rather simple mods. They will also last MUCH longer with less breakdowns than the problem prone & poorly designed 360. My dad has the cummings in his 97 dodge and there is simply no comparison between towing or mileage...never broke down or thrown a code yet either.

A Cummins would be sweet but they suck in snow and mud.
Some friends and I were hauling brush out of the woods with about 5" of snow on the ground. My 1/2ton and another 1/2ton Ford just cruised right on out without even spinning the tires. The guy with the Cummins sat there and just spun his tires. He had to rock it back and forth to gain any ground. He had brand new cooper all terrain tires too. That motor is just way to heavy, it sinks instead of riding on top of the snow.
I'd still trade my gasser for it though.
