The draw back to running bigger tires is more stress on components. Your axle is not bending, but you could be wearing out other parts. You need to take it back to where you had it aligned and have it checked. That is the only way to know if you have a problem. Your eyes can not accuately measure angles.

He was refering to the tire size in that statement, not the lift.

I think i fergot to mention that my wheels have crazy backspacing on it, so much that you can almost see my calipers if the wheels are straight and you look at it head on. Ill get some pics when i go home this afternoon, im at school and my truck is at my parents house cause i have my car. Thanks for the responses though

I may not be able to post the pics till monday cause my parents only have dial-up internet.

Thats a lot of backspacing. Jack up each side of the front tires one by one and grab the top and bottom of the tire and see if they move. They shouldn't move at all, if they do your hub bearing assemblies are shot and that my be why your tire has some lean to it, just a thought.

sounds like your ball joints (king pins) may be wearing, thats what happened to my 98 after about 200k miles and my 35's looked to be leaning in very bad, new set of joints had them standing straight again, and with your backspacing, that will make it look that much worse,

Im going with the crowd thats says your hub bearings or ball joints are shot. The tires will lean in like you are seeing when they go bad.

Also though, it is not overly uncommon for the upper portion of the inner C to bend on these dana 44's.

+1 on the bending, mine has this problem, that's why they make the adjustable bj's (which I use). The companies would not make the part if it wasn't a common issue. Also, that's why the offroad editions have the extra gusset. The tubes can bend where they go into the carrier housing.
