I really liked watching Stacey David on TRUCKS!, too. Copperhead and Crazy Horse were my favorite projects.

Messed with it some more last night. Couple of discoveries.

1. First attempt it started right up and as long as the engine was cold it help 51 Pounds of oil pressure all day. Then when the temp got around 210 it started dropping so once the engine was warm it would drop. Engine has been burped, and added all fluids are good but it is still running warm. It was about 40 degrees and she was idling 220-225 when I test drove it same thing.

2. Tried to start it 7 times 2 of those time I had to give it gas to get it to start so that gemlin is still there.

3. Tried adjusting the headlights made some progress but this one is stumping me will have to see.

4. Still lost on what to do because of gauges.

5. Leaning towards getting the computer tuned for the 360, putting in a 180 degree thermostat and going back to 10W-30 oil and see what happens.

6. Also got a rattle in the front in but jacked both tires up grabbed the top and bottom, solid as a rock so some confusion there.

Lots of details and kinks to work out but there is no rush on this one trying to get everything done. May save a little $$$ and send it to a mechanic and have a professional give me some advice.

I have the same headlights as you how did you get them aligned so they worked right or did your work right out of the box. I look like I am trying to make a freaking butterfly with crossed beams driving down the road?

The 180 t-stat and 10w30 works very well in my truck.Never gets to 200 degrees F and keeps no less than 40 psi oil pressure.

I have heard a lot of people say they run theirs after the swap with the 318 computer but I really think that may be "part" of the problem I don't think it is the whole problem but one I should address...............Now just gotta figure out the best way to get it fixed. Since my truck has a 5 speed and most 360's are auto.

I will sell you my stock bumper LOL, down the road will take care of itself right now this truck has it's own monthly budget to get it how I want it and moving down the road

Also mopar performance used to sell a Performance PCM for like $260 but I can't find it anywhere I think they stopped making them. I found a custom place that will tune my PCM specifically for my upgrades and engine.....................for $350
