could be a problem with the fuse pannel arching, look at your fuse pannel on the drivers side of the dash and check for voltage on the 1st fuse on the bottom, it's the main shutoff for the cab. or check the second fuse on the bottom its the dome lights, if it's cutting in an out prolly going to be a bad wire/fuse pannel.
