my 285s rub a tad bit on full turns. im just going to trim a little bit of the plastic under the fender.

Yes..exactly, Twin City Dodge Chrysler in Lafayette , Indiana, thats the place where the truck is coming from.
I could of course ask the seller if he knows something about the truck.
It was in June last year when I bought it.
I still have the sellers name and E-mail address.
If the truck is lifted a little maybe it is possible to use 295/75/16 tires then?
Anyway I will ask for a build sheet from Dodges website.

He..he found a nice little tire calculator, the difference betwen 285/75/16 and
295/75/16 is only 0.6" ( 1.52 cm) in diameter, that is not much, have to go out and measure.

Very good calculator the other one, but it says that the original tire size on my Dodge was 245 and I would like to put 295 and the calculator reported
that the diameter difference is 8.86% and it should not be more than 3% otherwise it will give me break problems, ooooh...toooo bad, it would be nice with 295/75/16 if they fit and probably will.
