Not to bad of damage. Lucky it didn't take out the tail light. The Ford on the other hand is missing most of the passenger rear corner. I found chunks of body and taillight stuck in my bumper. I wish I had picks of the Ford.

Now for the ehh part, $1024.26 to fix it

Ignore the time stamp.

a rubber hammer and some time you can do it yourself....then collect the insurence check....

good thing no one was hurt either (always have to throw that out when someone has an accident.)

just think of it...could have been alot worse...thats looks like only body work...or did it mess up more?

I would fix it myself, but that part of the truck is double walled and the inside wall is perfect still. So I'd either have to cut it out and tack on a new panel. As for other damage, just a dent on the bumper. I do know that the Ford is about $2500 in repairs if not more.

never thought of that......well your best bet is getting a new bed maybe?

http://car-part.com

you'll find what you need there...and you can get a new bed for like 300 bucks.

i saw a bed for a ram (6ft.) in the junkyard yesterday when i was lookin for doors...it was black, no rust on fender wells, no deep scratches, small dent on drivers side the size of a fog light...and it was only 250 bucks....

I'd rather have insurance take care of it.

Bad weather and an idiot ford driver. I spun around making a left turn as he cam from the far right lane making the same turn.

Jeez, it sounds like there are quite a few of us having bad luck with our trucks these last few days. You've had a wreck, Jasonw has, I have, Max has... Who else???

Bummer about the accident. Looks like a good excuse for some Fiberglass Bedsides!
