Default wont start dodge 5.9

i recently changed the plenum gasket on my 1999 ram 1500 5.9. Everything was going well until i got everything back together and tryed to start it. It started and ran ruogh for a few seconds then has started since. it turns over and doesnt even try to start. There is no spark even from the coil. I smell fuel out the exhaust. I have changed the crank sensor, cam sensor, and ignition coil, rotor ,and cap. ive checked to make sure eerything is plugged in probably 20 times. The timing is right and all the spark plug wires are right. i tryed switching the asd relay with other ones in the fuse box. The wire going into the ignition coil is getting about 2volts. To say the least idk what to do ive been without my truck for 3 weeks

I'm not sure what the voltage is supposed to be, going into the coil but, 2 volts sounds very low.

If you have your old coil and coil wires, you could switch them out for a quick test. Also, did you change anything from the coil back to the PCM ?

The Haynes Repair Man.tells how to check everything. It sounds like the PCM is not sending power to the coil. You can unplug the wire going to the coil from the PCM and use a test light(grounded to the neg. batt. post)and probe the plug while someone turns the engine over. If you get no light, it is the PCM or something inside it.

Try unscrewing the o2 sensor before the cat(precat sensor) and see what it does.
