'99 ram starting problem starter? solenoid? please help

Follow the circuit for the starter relay control. Pretty sure the ignition switch provides power, and then the p/n switch sends it off to ground somewhere.

Hey "You ,
Thanx for the suggestion and will trace it there. Also another symptom that didnt register over the past few months that came to mind here. Everytime I turned the engine off, I would hear a "buzz" under the dash and only during shut down. Got an inkling on that one?

I am not sure what is under there that would buzz..... Key buzzer? You don't have the electronic blend door.....

Its got me baffled to and its sounds like relay maybe, but definitelty not the key buzzer,as its a lower pitch. I do have a blend door, but the noise sounds like its above the parking brake area.
