Default Suggestions on repairing rust on cab below doors.

Just curious if any one has had any work done on the cab below the doors, iv looked around the internet and i cant find any weld on replacements. mine arent too bad on the passenger side other than a some hole about the size of a 50cent piece. but the drivers side is getting really bad and iv killed most of the rust so it wont rust any more but i need to cut it out and fix it. i dont want to fiberglass it because it' wont hold up to rocks and road dings over time.

Also does any one have any stock fenders and doors they want to get rid of at a decent price?

I have seen the kickplate panels at some stores here in massachusetts. i know that doesn't do you any good but I think they are available. Its one of those displays that you would have to order it but it was a V.I.P. auto parts.

I just painted my truck and did all the body myself. My drivers side was worse than passenger, in fact there was a huge hole but i took cheap route and did not replace. I thinking about putting fender guards on the fronts to combat most of the tire spray but rocks can still do damage. of course i don't know how bad yours are.

That place has just about everything. As well as smaller sections of panels, so you don't have to replace everything. I think they're very reasonable as well.

TY rideordie. im ordering those this week...maybe...if not this, then next.

Most of you know my rockers are gone.

i attempted the fix myself with spray foam, fiberglass, fiberglass jelly, and duct tape lol. didnt turn out to bad until the water kept getting to it and made it all fall off lol.

im a MECHANIC, not an auto body guy lol.
