could be the fuel pump they are typically a common problem..

also do a search for the plenum gasket, there are multiple symptoms for this issue and every magnum engine has this problem.

just did plugs and wires, oil change, lube and head gasket. i also used fuel injector cleaner and put higher octane gas in to try to clean out the system. someone said it might be water in the gas so i put in a bottle of gas line antifreeze or dry gas to see if that worked and so far it has nt...i was also thinking its something fuel related maybe fuel filter...id say maybe fuel pump too but normally they just go they dont give much warning.... i am just interested to see what other peoples opinions on this are

id replace the fuel pump, if i remember correctly our tanks have the sock filter which is attached to the pump. So you will be changing the pump and filter in one. unless u have an aftermarket pump with an inline filter

ok thanks....does anybody else know if the fuel filter is in the fuel pump on the 95 1500 5.2L. or have any other ideas for what may be the cause....like i said before i was figuring it to be something fuel system related... i just dont understand why it only does it when im into the gas a little bit and not if im im 1/2 throttle or better

Make(triple check) sure your wires are in the right order, seated, and routed correctly.Wire routing is critical.
