2001 Owners: When Was Your Truck Built?
mine was built january 2001, has a black antenna, drum brakes, rear cup holder, passenger side front grab handle, and rear wheel well liners.
i dont have any of the other things( clearance lights, tailgat protector, or self dimming mirror) so some is true, but not all.

By the way, this is kind of off subject but maybe there's something missing on my 01.5 model. I took my passenger door panel off to take the glass out and noticed an extra plug strapped up more on the end by the door jam. Its just a small 2 prong plug with power going to it. Is there an option I am missing?
I have an 11/00 build date, loaded including camper and tow packages.
Added - disk brakes in the rear Have Discs in rear.
Deleted - Vanity mirror lights. No vanity lights
Deleted - Rear cup holders were deleted. Have rear cup holders.
Deleted - Insulation under the hood on diesel models. N/A
Deleted - Front and Rear grab handles on passenger side. Have these.
Deleted - SLT tailgate protector No protector.
Deleted - Amber Fire Pearcoat paint N/A
Deleted - plastic rear wheel liners (P/N 5534 6010 SHIELD, Wheelhouse) Have these.
Deleted - self-Dimming rear view mirror Have dimming mirror.
Silver radio antenna (was painted black in previous models) Have black antenna.
Cowl rubber seal size reduced by 1/2
Phase out of Cab Clearance lights on 2500's. No cab lights. (yet!)
One less leaf spring Have 1 overload spring with 3 leafs and 1 helper spring above those.

there was a TSB for something about the need to add a auxillary leaf for the camper susp package....I wonder....

can someone take a picture of the cowl rubber seal, the tailgate protector (is that plastic piece on the bottom half?) and the plastic rear wheel liner (i think i know what this is too but i wanna be sure)
