could be the fuel pump. also the dist. cap may need replacing
if the #3 & 5 wires touch it can cause misfiring because they fire right after one another.
may have crossed wires?

Does it throw a CEL?

The fuel filter is not serviceable in our trucks, and doesnt need replaccing.

Make sure your spark plug wires are routed correctly on the distributor cap. You probably crossed a wire and now your truck is missing.

did you route the plug wires according to the TSB? That could cause it to misfire.

wires are just like they were before i did the tune up, all are in order because i do them one at a time as i do the plugs. I made that mistake when i was 15 with my nova and iv never done it since. our trucks have sock filters dont they ? my durango does and it seems like it has the same fuel system although my durango is a 360?

Check your plug wires again, though. You may never know, but maybe you didnt push the terminal all the way into the plug or something.

No sock filter. I bet you didn't get one of the wires all the way seated on the cap and it moved a bit and is missing. Start grabbing all the wire ends and make sure they are on good and you have no boot/wire connecton issues.

yes this can happen, when i did mine, the #1 left side wasnt clipped down and i thought it was...its a tight fit for all the boots to fit on the cap

yea no idea, everything is working fine now. It ran like **** when i first started it when i got back to the shop, i got pissed and basicly leveled the throttle for about 30 seconds redlining it and now it's fine, maybe a burp in the fuel system ?
