You had better adjust your W4 to take out more money per check soon so you won't have to next year. Just divide what you have to pay by the number of checks you get each year and you'll have the additional figure you need taken out per check.

Got my tax refund in the bank. Its sitting their nice and pretty until the wife and I are going to a relative's place or something for a few days, and while we're gone, its going to be in the shop getting 3.92 gears, and a LSD put into the rear.

I managed to talk the wife into letting me have the tax return this year, since it was less than the $8000 tax credit we got for buying a house, and she got a front loading washer and dryer out of that (among other things) that cost more than what we got in the tax return.

I was let down on a good laugh, thanks.
I almost mentioned that! My uncle just told me about that and planet x. I remember my spanish teacher in high school 5 years ago told us the world was gonna end in 2012 and tried to scare everyone in my class by watching this "end of the world" movies and such

Yeah I owed the state 13, and I only got 600 back from Fed. I am going to be claiming 0 on my W2's for this year. As far as to where that 600 went...... RENT! Cause I spent 500 out of pocket for the transmission of the truck.
