Your right. But I owe because the payroll company who issues payroll checks to my wife and I screwed up and didn't take out the right amount of taxes, this was comfirmed by my wife and the IRS. We both claim 0 and have your standard deductions with the exception of kids and have always gotten a tax return. When my wife and I went to the local IRS office and had them go over our W4 they said I better notify payroll and get the problem corrected, they also told me there's nothing that can be done once my company and wife's company files there returns with the IRS. My wife and I went back to the companies we work and notified the payroll company and of course got the I'll call you when we find the problem, its been a week and I heard nothing. I'll be paying them a visit 8am Monday morning.
