Default Tranny temp

When I toss my 33in tires on my truck(plus the 3in lift). Do i need to add a tranny temp gauge? I have the tow package so it has the tranny cooler, just wanna know if its a smart idea to add one or if it would just be a waste of money. PLus any other gauges I could benefit from with a stock engine?

It's a good idea if you tow or not.

It's a good idea, but our trucks do have trans temp warning lights.

Well I don't tow very often. Although I might tow the 3300lb boat here and there in the summer but never more than 10-15miles(boat plus trailer is 3300lb). I do some light 4wheeling and playing around in the snow. So should i spend 50 bucks on the gauge? What about differential temp or wide band... or?????????????

You wouldnt need any of that man unless you want to add it for looks because to be honest with you, you're not going to notice they'er even there after awhile

Naw I dont do much for looks on my truck. I like function lol. Although... sometimes looks are nice haha. I like being able to monitor my engines vitals though. So I may get a scan gauge, especially if I get a tranny temp that way I can get the gauge pod i want.

Get one.

Wide band is a full swap gauge.
