xtreme 4x4 ram
The hardest thing to crack is a design in which the cell doesn't erode too quickly and the most gas is produced without too much amperage draw. Aluminum corodes too quickly, steel turns to SUPER RUST, and I've even managed to get stainless steel to rust. I did find, however that the best electolyte is vinegar. The acid keeps the metal clean and unlike baking soda, the gas produced is much more pure.

My best design consisted of a section of 4'' PVC with 5 stainless steel switch covers in the order of positive, neutral, negative, neutral, positive. And using Stan Meyer's test results, the closer the plates, the better.
IF you guys want some info on HHO.. send me your email in a pm.. I have a few videos from a kit I bought and also a bunch of reading material on I can email you if you want.. covers all topics..
Look up the dry cell HHO gens by a guy that did the smacks booster (EletrikRide on youtube). Those baking soda rigs are crap. Destroys the SS, gives you a pisspore amount of gas and is a royal pain to maintain. You can also check out RadGenH2O. He has a newer (2007/8/9 or something I think) Ram and has gotten some pretty good results. He is using EletrikRides dry cell design. If I ever get an extra $300 I'm going to put one of the dam things in.
I got to go get gas so I can see what kind of mileage I am getting after a major tune up and round filter change.

no ram again...
but on another note, did anyone see Trucks? They talked about the 'killer dowel pin' on the 5.9 CTD, behind the front cover. Apparently it likes to work its way out, usually destroying the motor. He drove it back in and made a tab to hold it in there. I've never heard of it before, are the diesel guys here aware of this?

But either way I thought their solution was very very awesome! They also showed the trans fix too for 5th gear. I know a friend who had theirs fail. No fun.
