If it is just initial, sounds like the fuel lines aren't staying primed and its taking a few seconds to build pressure. Before you start it in the morning, turn the key to the on position and don't start it. Just let the lines build pressure and after 30 seconds or so try to start. If it fires up I would be willing to bet that the pump isn't able to prime your fuel lines in the morning quick enough.

If the pump cant prime quick enough, would replacing the pump be the solution?
