Thanks for the info. I was thinking about getting a new manifold, but i decided i didn't want to spend that much money. The cheapest one i could find (excluding picking one up from a junk yard) was $600. Then again, I wasn't looking that hard. Either way, I'm just going to replace the plenum gasket for right now.
And I fixed the spelling error (I think. still might be spelled wrong. I'm no good with grammar).

get a used manifold for 50 bucks, and get it cleaned at a machine shop for 40. thats what i did, and my manifold looked brand new, not one spec of oil inside it.
