TC not locking when cold

jus wonderin if this is normal......my torque converter doesnt lock up until i reach the line right past 130

The torque converter won't lock until the transmission fluid reaches about 100* F IIRC...

Yes, That is normal. That also the same with some transmission that won't shift into overdrive until it reaches operating temp, just like with my truck.
