They are like 10ft long. The front tires were almost on the gate so it was damn close to being in the truck. I think runners would do the trick. I really want the metal ramps but so far the ones I found are only like 7ft. That would be an insane angle

I have 2 welders but can't weld to save my ***. I have some probably 1" square tubing. I would think though you buy some and they fail you can go back on someone. If I build them and they fall apart I'm on my own

you could try building some ramps like this with some square tubing. you would just have to make them longer

This may sound stupid because I don't ride a quad or snowmoblie but what about just using two ladders? Or would the load be to heavey

lol. 2 ladders might work. it is kind of hard to find 2 ladders that are the same size for a rellatively cheap.

the flyside and ground side of the ladder's would hold it fine, but the rungs would break inhalf,

I got one of those build a ramp kits and had the same problem with the tires sliding...I found some Diamond Plate screen...it's what they use for flooring in factory balconies...and screwed it into my 2x6 ramps. It provides enough traction to allow you to get traction with a quad yet my sled carbides won't catch on it. the diamond shaped holes also allow any snow on the tires to fall into the grating so you still have traction..

Actually, any kind of metal grating should work granted the holes aren't too large...
