$13-$15k in just the lift?????? Deal of Century???????? He doesn't even mention what engine is in it, or gears and to me the paint looks like crap. But again all he needs is 1 guy who is clueless and thinks "I'll get all kinds of attention and I have more money than sense" to come along. Epic FAIL but a sucker is born everyday.
But to answer to the origninal question of what do I think about it.......not much.
