Anytime you need to adjust the bands, send me a pm and will guide you thru on how to adjust bands without a torque wrench.

Adjusting them without a tourque wrench is easier than you think...

x2 on checking the low/reverse servo and the band strut. If the servo is broke, take the truck to your local shop and tell them to install the Sonnax servo and not a stock replacement. If you want I can find a part number for you if that is the case...

its only for the 94 to 96 rams sorry
it says that the dealer will repair reverse failure due to exesive reverse wear during snow plowing..
ive never tried going to the dealer for a recall so idk if they were still doing it.... thats y i said if anyone tried.

mine did the same thing, it was the band, it was loose...all good after correcting it

Thanks for the help, Can I trust a national brand tranny shop or someone local to fix my problem? I live in the Daytona, Fl area..

It would be illegal for them to tell you no (Since it is a recall).

Did you check the low reverse band like master tech said? Do that before you pay anyone.
