No oil Pressure

im not sure if they come together but did you replace the pick up tube as well?

You didn't recently do anything like an engine flush, Seafoam or some other oil additive, did you?

Nothing, but on a high milage motor full of crap the seafoam will dislodge the crap and it will work its way in to the oil pan and clog the oil pump screen. This is only if you add it to the oil though.

Woulda been nice to know last weekend. Added about 1/2 a can to my crank case for the first time I owned the truck (brother said it was a good idea). Now my oil pressure gauge dances at idle

good to know about the seafoam. I was thinking of adding it to my truck with 131k-now I'm thinking twice.
On the same note, my wife's caravan had the no oil pressure issue. I pulled the pickup tube and blasted it from both ends with compressed air, swapped out the filter, now it runs great again.

Well it is pretty easy to drop the oil pan so you could clean it off.
