Probably a typo. (yeah, we all know the government never screws anything up..... )

If it sat for any appreciable length of time, probably some clogged jets in the carb.

Yeah, the government never makes mistakes. 😂

It sat for about 3 years. The carb and jets are on my project list for this weekend.
