im doing the plenum plate but got stuck at the part where you have to take off the lines... tore down the whole front end and im stuck.....

The fuel line? You need a fuel line quick disconnect fitting tool.

or just unbolt the fuel rail form the intake man and pull the fuel rail with the intjector off the intake man

and sum time you can use two small srew drivers also

The fuel line disconnect tool is only a few dollars. If you do pull the fuel rail off then don't forget that you will need new o-rings and you will need to lubricate each o-ring with some clean motor oil before installing the injectors.
