I had mine straight piped for a while now and just recently added a super 44 flowmaster with a turn down. I think it sounds just a loud as the straight pipe but with a better sound to it. And my truck runs so much better now. Cost me 110 bucks and a total of 15 minutes of my time.

i would keep your current setup and put a cutout on , they sound great on our trucks , go with it open to sound good and loud , and close it when you want its nice to have so you can have it quite anytime than just having one sound all the time

Can you please put an aftermarket part on your truck so we can see if it breaks like ours?

All stock other than a magnaflow muffler duel outlet an 3'' tips. Has a nice gargling idle, low rumble cruising, and sings at WOT!

Now that's funny there now, I don't care who you are. It has an aftermarket cat, and probably some tranny parts(I'm not sure).

Hi guys I'm looking to give my 2001 5.9 l a very loud sound with a lot of rumble. I'm a big fan of dynomax but I'm looking for ideas and suggestions about headers, and glass packs.

Pacesetter long tubes. Then true duals, or, single three inch, and muffler of your choice. Lots of exhaust vids on youtube. Have a listen.
