Default Weird Front End Noise

I was brining myfriend homealittle while ago, and i noticed, when braking, and when the speed goes below 15 mph The pass. front tire makes a sound kind of like if i had a flat tire, the noise definatly sounds rubbery, hard to explain. Only happens when brake is applied, and when under 15 mph's, and i dont have a flat, my tires are new and full with pressure.

any suggestions would be great.Ive replaced the wheel bearingon pass. side, upper and lower ball joints on drivers side. i have a drivers wheel bearing, front u-joints, Brakes, and axle seals, just havent had a chance to install. Is there something else i need, or will one of these fix my problem?

Like yakkier had said maybe warped rotor, or maybe a flat spot on the tire. try rotating the tires too.

tires are brand new (production date 51st week of 2009 all four tire)

could be the rotor, even though before i bougt the truck, new ones were put on,the ones that are on it now look brand new,no scrapes,or rust on the rotor.

After some research i heard ball joints can make this noise....is that true?

So i jacked up the passenger tire, and there is play going back and forth (hands at 3 and 9 o clock) but its not free play, you have to really work it for it to wobble. The tie rod checked out, doesnt have play. This is the side i just put a new Timken Wheel bearing on....doesnt look like there was play in the bearing, but i did notice that the u joint had play. My friend was moving the tire, and when going back and forth i could see the u-joint shifting a bit.

Now can the u-joint cause a motion from side to side? Theres no play up and down at all. And would this cause the rubbery squaking sound i get when braking? Theres also no play in the ball joints..

This is to rule out a tire or wheel problem. Just switch the right front and rear, if the noise changes at all, it's the tire or wheel. Sounds like a brake thing to me though.

Man the rotor's can be absolutley perfect looking and be warped to ****, the set that are on my wife's truck are bran new and i ended up having to replace the right rear one bcause the caliper was dragging causing the rotor to heat up under hard braking and was warping the **** out of it.

It looked perfect but i put a new rotor and caliper on the right rear and it completely stopped
