Arrow Throttle response-_-_-_-_-_-

If i press the pedal at or under half way the response is great! if over half throttle then it kinda loads up then goes... And does not feel as if it is getting all the umpphh I know it has.... I know its not an electrical issue. I just comb the whole thing today and replaced all main wiring. Battery connections, pos. and neg. cables, Alt. cable and ground, as well as the starter cables... Vacuum is good. I fixed all that last week... Anyone have any ideas??

A few off the top of my head. How is the TB? Is it clean? Can or two of SeaFoam in the tank will help clean it up. The TPS and IAC on the TB ok? Is the TB gasket worn out? Cracked? These are all quick, easy things, and also helps eliminate possible causes.

Get some seafoam and pour slowly down your vac line that is connected to the brake booster (Unhook from the brake booster and pour, not the intake mand pour down the brake booster).

THat works well. Have someone in the truck revving the engine every minute or so. Then afterwards, you will need to rev the engine for about 5 mins to clear the white smoke. Make sure children are not playing and do not do this in your GARAGE.

If you want to get fancy, get a HUGE fuel filter and connected it between the fuel line and fuel rail. Mix the sea foam with gasomine (50/50). Won't be much, but it will go STRAIGHT THRU the injectors.

Fancier: get a sonic jewelry cleaner at wallmart/target. Fill it with seafoam, and take off all your injectors. That will make them brand new.

Also, it could be a clogged cat and the plenum. Bad thing about either of those: whatever you add for power, will still not help anything.

I guarantee you need a new plenum. Hughes plenum kit is great. You will actually notice a difference in power because of that FIX (not really a performance upgrade).
