Default Iac----

I have a T-25 screw stuck holding my IAC bc it is stipped... Any thoughts on getting it out?? haha! I tried vice grips without any luck and a pair of channel locks... Tempted to just cut the screw head off and unscrew it that way...

take a dremmel and cut a slit into the head of the bolt big enough to get a flathead in it and back it out that way, if that doesnt work for you then take a drill bit and drill it out and just use a self taping screw to anchor is back in once you change it.

I would suggest doing the first one.

They get packed full of carbon buildup and that is usally a good sign that it needs to be replaced.

You are not suppose to move the plunger in and out with your fingers. If you did, then there is a good chance you have already damaged it.
