OK FIXED!!!!! Replaced the motor with a 102k motor and changed motor mounts!!! I can not believe the tranny was not the problem after all the work and having it rebuilt... The misfire in cyl 4 and 5 along with bad motor mounts was causing the stuttering making it feel as if though it was kicking in and out of OD. I know it sounds weird but 3mts latter fixed I am ecstatic! Hopes this helps someone else save some time and $$$$
