Default Suggestions for sparkplugs and wires :D

just wondering what every else uses? i am using 8.5mm msd's and ac delco plats in my camaro, i have read some of you are using the same wires but different plugs my truck has a miss so ima start with a tuneup, and go from there. also what fuel filter are you all using? i think i am going to need a new coil though, because its having trouble starting and the misfire could be coming from that. just weird as i slowy give it gas it revs up then if i keep the throttle at about 30% the rpms start bouncing really bad ... so thanks for any help in advance.

I haven't installed them yet, but I am going with:
- Autolite 3923 (that's the one that is one temp range colder then the stock plug), not platinum
- Mopar Performance Wires, 7.5mm is all they make
- Accel cap and rotor with brass components

Just got my 2nd Gen Ram but I had a similar problem in a Honda Del Sol I owned years ago and it turned out to be the plugs, apparently Hondas don't like Platinum +4s.

I have been getting the same problem, steady gas, but the RPMs are bouncing all over the place. I am looking to replace the fuel filter, does anyone know how much work that is?? I am also looking to replace the plugs, and wires. Any other things I should look at replacing? I have a 99 1500 4x4, 5.2L with just over 100,000Km

The fuel filter is in the tank along with the pump.

there have been complaints of the accel coils (direct bolt on ones) that have been failing during cold weather, check it out...

MSD makes one that is also a direct fit on the dodge motor. for '98 and up you'll need a wiring harness adapter... Accel makes one p/n acc-140021ah (summit p/n) for $22 bux.
