Sounds alot like the IAC man i realize you listed that as being replaced but it could have been damaged in the process, also im assuming you flushed the PCM after doing all of this. Is there a check engine light on by any chance?

Safety neutral switch? Im pretty sure you wouldnt even get a crank if that was at fault buut, just throwing it out there.

Crank sensor, or theres got to be a loose wire some where man that might be causing it to ground out and stall... Have you checked your fuel pressure ?

Does it feel like it's flooding, have you pulled any plugs to see if they'er wet or smell like raw gas.

After letting it sit for a while, try putting the key to the "on" position & listen if you can hear the fuel pump running. If it is, wait till you can't hear it, probably 10-15seconds before cranking it. If it fires right up after waiting in the on position then you probably need to replace the regulator in the tank.

See im confused indy, mine does what you just suggested also BUT if it's at running temp it will fire right up, if it's been shut down for more than half an hour its a bitch trying to start it back up it takes 4 or 5 key turns. Which sheiff also nailed it on the head when he mentioned the Vacume purge selnoid on the driverside of the engine.

Which do you think im having a problem with, i havent replaced either one yet so you kinda got me wondering.

i cant remember which one it is, but you didnt pinch on of the sensors between the tranny and motor did you? i ve heard of problems like this, and it turned out to be a pinched wire between the tranny and motor
