You sir are going to be busy.

Depending on tire size, you might want to think about new differential gears and limited slip or a locker for the rear.

Also, a stacked plate style transmisson cooler like the B&M coolers to add to the stock cooler that is built into the radiator.

You should also get the Hughes plenum plate for the intake manifold.

ah yes also within the past 6 months i have also done the hughes plenum plate cleaned tb, and new sensors in tb, new cat,o2 sensors, exhaust,waterpump,t-stat,plugs,wires,cap,rotor,front brakes, and just did the front drive axle u-joints..... so it has been fun so far. I did just get a quote to do 4.56 gears front and rear new seals and bearings and a limited slip in rear,2700 is that about average?

gears+install kits (parts to do it yourself)= 1000$

gears+install kits+installation at a shop=1500-2000$

add front wheel bearings-200-250$ (rears should be included in the gear install).
add limited slip - 400-700$

ok so all finished up but, when i went to back my truck into the garage before we did all the work the truck just randomly stalled when i put it into reverse, which it had never done before but i thought nothing of it. So after the engine and tranny swap when i first fired the engine let it run about 20 min checking fluid levels and for possible leaks i got in truck to shift it into neutral to allow torque converter to level out with fluid the truck stalled? I tried to restart truck and it just cranked and would not fire untill i put foot to floor. It idles and runs good but when truck sits for ten minutes or more its the same thing you have to give it gas or it just cranks and wont fire, but if u shut it off and then restart right away it fires right up im stumped??
