backup light wiring help needed
im in need of some help for my back up light, i have a 6 inch work light under my bumper that is spliced into my stock backup lights, it works great for just backing up, but i need to hook it up to a toggle switch (even though i absolutly hate how they look) to see into my barn at night
now my question is, is there something i can put in line so it wont back charge my stock system? i am going to put a relay in it so its brighter but i dont want it to back charge and hurt anything
i am willing to give up it coming on with the stock lights and just putting it on a switch but i really dont want to
any imput will be appriciated

There you go. Relay when the gear is in "R". Toggle switch when not. DO NOT HAVE TOGGLE SWITCH ON WHEN IN "R". Not sure what would happen but It may be fine it may not. Ur call.
Need any help, pm me.
FIXED.
