Front end malfuction
my bad...just going off what i heard in the past/ videos ive seen...didnt know it was only 4x4's
make sure you check the tires may be a busted belt, and with the tires on the truck see if they have any movement.
If you cant find anything wrong change your front tires to the back and see if the wobble moves with the tires to rule them in or out

you may be right
The alleged cause and remedy of the "death wobble" is still pretty elusive, read and watch different things, you'll come up with different answers.
When certain front end components start failing, any vehicle will wobble, and I'm not convinced Dodge trucks are any more prone to this than others.
In my case, I should have tracked down & repaired what was causing the vibration between 25 & 30 mph when I first felt it, then I wouldn't be where I'm at now, so this is completely my fault for letting things run their course until component failure.
Just got home and have a bunch of things I have to do with my kids, hopefully will find the cause later today.

this is basically my theory.... I hate it, but that's usually what I do, wait for **** to break before I change it
