That red is bright as hell, how many coats?

 

2 coats red (rustoleum engine enamel) 1 coat clear (rustoleum gloss)

 

Why red?

 

Prob to match his Rachero shock boots and springs

 

Looks good, but I don't know that you should have shot that rubber boot with paint as well. It will probably flake off the first time you take it out to check fluid....

 

i did red because i did my calipers and coils red, my shock boots are red, and my engine is red and black.

i just shot the boot for the hell of it, when i check/change fluids ill just buy a new one and leave it black
