i just measured my old ones for ya and they are 15 3/8 but they were the origionals from my 99 so they arent true anymore, most likely would be longer

no way...... replace the control arms, drop pitman arm, drop swy bar bracket, longer brake lines, and everything else. doing what i did is about the max i would do withought getting into changing everything else including shocks. which i also changed when i did the coil swap

thanks i am going to yank one tomarrow there is alift on there now i have 35s on it but i think the coils are stock they have these wierd spacers in the coils that you put in between the coils and turn with a wrench.

get them things out of there.....they are a waste. makes your ride stiff as hell too bc it doesnt allow coil to do what its made to do....compress

your best off going with an actual lift kit if your thinkin about piecin together a backyard 6" lift..... depends on what your price range is.

I was going to put the rear leaf springs and the front springs off a one ton on my 1/2 ton then level it with the 2inch spacers.

you cant use the rear springs fom a 1 ton on a 1/2 ton, they are wider and wont fit in the shakles

thats too much lift on a 1/2 ton on stock components. all your angles will be wrong withought the other things i mentioned.
