Exclamation shifting issuses

ok i have read just about every thing on hear about the 46re transmission and shifting.....but my truck 99 with 318 4x4 w/46re trans shift fine until i hit a pot hole or a bump in the road then it shift to passing gear then back????? im confuse as to what is really wrong. please help!!!!

Sounds like wiring issue either inside the tranny or out.
I would check the wire for the OD solenoid.

Maybe you hit the bump so hard your moves on the accelerator pedal.

Xjarhead69 that's what I've been thinking..... Read somewhere that the 02sensors share ground with the transmission harness?
Charlie 1935 if you have ever drove on 285 in Atlanta it's the bumper than most dirt roads I've been on..

Default fixed!!!! i hope.

well i think i have fix the problem got to looking under truck again this time looking for wires loose something then i found it 3 wire that come off backside transmission that connects to 02 sensor the wires had been shaved the coating gone wire sightly broken so wire riding they touch ground out. rewire them with heat sink connectors then wrapped in black tape place them above heat shield.

Yes I have, but not in a couple of years. It was that way then too.
