It's weird that way. We gt it all out here on the west coast last year and didn't get jack this year. Last christmas up at my moms in N Id. The 6 foot tall chain link horse fences were buried right up to the top of the posts then got a bunch more snow after we left even. This year they only had a couple 8 or so inch mini blizzards that all melted in between and you all back east gt buried.

Yea the weather this year is weird it was 85 the last few days. The oak trees have leaves on them already.

I hope we get some snow. That is the BIG gambel. Spend 4k and get no snow at all or spend the 4k and make 20k. You never know till its over.

Right now I'm gambeling that we will get snow. If we don't its not a huge deal but it would be nice to help off set the cost of a plow.

I seriously considered a plow myself too, upstate NY usually gets nailed. When I had a house in MA to do our 2 car wide drive that was maybe 30 feet long was $35 bux EACH time the plow pushed could be 2 times a storm depending on the snowfall. Here in upstate its only $8 and if hes gotta come back because we got more its still only the initial 8 (within reason).

I'd hate to see you do it, but do what you gotta do. If I were you, I would go used. The less you have to gamble, the better. My buddy picked up a used (in new condition)myers setup for his ford for 2g's complete ready to go off craigslist last summer. Deals are out there, just keep your eyes open.
