Default About to buy a 2500

hey guys whats goin on. Im about to buy a ram 2500 cummins in the next month or so, and im gonna want to lift it right away. Ive been lookin around and I cant find much for lift kits at all. All I can really find is a 5 and a 7 inch lift, and the 7 is like 2400 bucks. Im looking to lift it about 8 inches anyone know where I can find a lift this big for a decent price. It just seems like way to much money compared to how much it costs to lift other trucks.

From what I am seeing, that is actually about right for that much lift. Not like we have leaf springs all the way around.... That control arm front suspension, or whatever the keyword tricky phrase for it is, complicates matters some.
