i got a load of rocks today and kinda overloaded my truck....needless to say driving 30 miles on your bumpstops is very bumpy and a little spooky. keep in mind that i dont have my 2nd longest leafs in, also my stops are cut in about half

there was some pretty good sized ones in there, based on what i see at atwoods that is roughly 1.5-2 tons i reckon, but yeah, that leaf dropped the rear 2" so it took out some capacity

not sure? but at atwoods, a small pallet of rocks like these are labeled as 1 ton, and it looks like i have 1.5- 2. i dont know tho, that does seem like a lot

Yea I had 1700-1800lbs of coal in the bed of mine and it was bening over pretty good with an extra leaf.

That isn't 2 tons. At 2 tons the frame will twist and sag on a pickup. At the tree farm I work at they put a 550 gallon water tank in the back of an F250. Ever follow a truck where you could see the entire front and rear tire treads from directly behind? The frame on that truck is permanetly bent in the center.

Kinda like Laramie's beautiful red truck that I want to make love to.
