I've ran 20W50 in my 87 since it was new and it still carries 55 to 60 lbs pressure with 171,000 miles on it.

In FL, I'd run 10w40 or 20w50 year round. If you are concerned about low pressure, drop a can of Restore engine treatment in next oil change. My pressure is usually 60 psi until it get warmed up, then it drops to 40 psi.

Sounds normal pressure, use a good quality 10W40 oil and filter.
