Alright, Well couple of things. The original Ball Joints were sealed, could not fill them.
Also, I replaced them today, just the drivers side, and WOW they were bad, totally loose.

Also, Its still making the noise when I turn left. Its a little quieter, but still there. I am sure the passenger side Ball joints are bad too, but cant do it at the moment.

The noise:
Only when its above 40 mph, its not a clicking or bumping noise, its a wha wha wha noise. sounds like an airplane. Any Ideas? Do the new ball joints need to break in or something

Anyone? Would bad tie rods cause this noise? ONLY when steering left, its like a howling, when I pull the wheel back it goes away!

Could be a universal going.
Jack the truck up and have someone turn the wheel while you spin the front tires one at a time see if you notice a rubbing noise or a binding.

Do you have a knot on the inside of either one of your front tires ?

Yes, what he said only applies to 4x4s.

And just an FYI, the "nipples" on greaseable parts are called zerks (zerk fittings).

Yeah sorry I missed the 2wd post?
How far are you turning the wheel when it whines?
Maybe power steering related.
I hope this wasn't already covered in part of the thread LOL.

Just a tiny bit, Like changing lanes in traffic, going around a curve, it sounds like its "almost" rubbing on something. It SO annoying. Also, it makes a vibration you can feel in the floors. you dont hear anything going straight, or right, but going left its terrible.

Could be power steering related, but its good on fluid, just flushed recently...

this noise is getting worse and its slowly driving me insane. hahaha
